OPEX GROUP MANAGEMENT

Katarzyna Kornicka ? absolwentka Politechniki Wrocławskiej na kierunku Zarządzanie Systemami Produkcyjnymi. Od 2004, pracując jako koordynator programu Six Sigma dla Whirlpool Corporation, zrealizowała i nadzorowała wiele projektów optymalizacyjnych z wykorzystaniem metod ciągłego doskonalenia dla trzech wrocławskich fabryk tej firmy. W 2008 roku ukończyła ponad dwuletni program szkoleniowy OpEx Six Sigma Master Black Belt zakończony dwustopniową certyfikacją. Od 2010, jako partner zarządzający OpEx Group, prowadzi projekty doradcze i szkoleniowe m.in. dla takich klientów jak: Zelmer S.A., Mondelez Polska Production, LG Display Poland, LG Chem Poland, Rockwell Automation, EBCC, Betafence, Corning Optical Communications, Ferrosan Medical Devices, TRW Automotive.

Wojciech Florek ? graduated from Wroclaw University of Technology, faculty of Plastic Technology at the department of Chemistry. In 2002, he joined Whirlpool Corporation, where he began working in the R&D department, dealing with materials engineering. In the years 2004 – 2009, he was developing skills related to continuous improvement within Whirlpool’s OpEx Six Sigma Program. In 2009, he completed over a two-year OpEx Six Sigma Master Black Belt training program, with two-step certification. Then, he became a MBB and project manager responsible for project development in Whirlpool factories in EMEA region. Since 2011, as a OpEx Group managing partner, he is conducting trainings and consulting projects, for companies such as: Zelmer S.A., Sonion Polska, Embraco Slovakia, Robert Bosch, Farm Frites Poland, Mondelez Polska Production, Rockwell Automation, Corning Optical Communications, Ferrosan Medical Devices, TRW Automotive, and many more, mostly in the areas of costs reduction and quality and effectiveness improvement in manufacturing processes, R&D and transactional areas.

Lucjan Kornicki ? graduated from Wroclaw University of Technology, faculty of Production Management. After graduation, he worked at the the university, where he conducted many international research projects and was a member of the Lean Manufacturing Program, where he worked as a consultant and a trainer. During this time, he had the opportunity to gain knowledge and experience from the best experts in the field – among others: James P. Womack, Daniel T. Jones and John Shookie. Then, he worked as a consultant in Kaizen Institute and started cooperation with STAUFEN.AG, for which he conducted many consulting projects in Germany, USA, Finland and Poland. Another challenge, was to build the Polish division of STAUFEN.AG in Wrocław, which he was managing in 2007 – 2013. In that time, he worked for companies such as: MAN Trucks & Buses, Alstom, Recaro, BZ WBK, Zelmer and many others. Since January 2014, he is a OpEx Group managing partner, who specialize in Lean Management filed, in particular in the subjects of: Shopfloor Management, designing lines and factories oriented on the contiunous flow, optimizing internal logistics and storage, mapping and designing value streams.
